WHAT:

On November 2020, as the world was dealing with Covid and isolated in our bubbles , we held a global leadership summit for women.

The intention was to bring us together in solidarity, strength, and growth. Even though we were separated, we are all on the same journey. This summit encapsulates the timeless leadership principles that give women the edge.

Bringing together over two dozen speakers who have made significant strides in their field, with 'open' interviews sharing broad principles, and 'deep dive' interviews sharing deeper truths.

Inspiring stories and raw truths, the guests show us what it takes to lead as a woman in this day and age. A veritable gold mine of illuminating conversations!

4. Designed and launched the Executive Women's Leadership Experience at AT&T as part of Talent Management initiatives

5. Designed and launched Creating Careers Success (CCS) program for women professionals to gain confidence and traction at work

6. Founded a tech startup, Alyce, that was a mentoring marketplace for women
