I'm an ideator, organizational strategist, an executive coach, entrepreneur, author, speaker and consciousness advocate all rolled into one. My education is interesting, to say the least.

Certifications: I hold certifications in Coaching (Coach U - ICF), Change Management (Prosci) Agile (CSM), Maxwell DISC, Maxwell Speaking, Training, Coaching, Master Certificate in ROI, Somatic EMDR (trauma-informed), Yoga, Brain-Body Connection (BMC), and many certifications in wellness work.
A few tidbits :) ...
I once did stand-up but no one laughed
I was a caregiver for my late husband (had ALS)
I want to live in expansive states, but also silly ones
My experience brings together tech, change mgmt, learning and leadership to help organizations go through transformations successfully. As Head of L&D, I’ve launched a learning department from scratch for a global workforce, meeting the needs of internal as well as external clients (customers channel sales, partners).
My leadership Development work is vast - Designed countless leadership programs for different tiers of the org at Cisco. At AT&T, I designed a program for Executive Women Leaders. At MIT, I re-designed a delivery mechanism to disseminate their research and coached research professors through it. I taught Leadership Seminar at NCSU, coached executives and leaders I various sectors, and so many more experiences.
I thrive on people development and have built turnkey programs and coached leaders with measurable impact and value. I've also taught Leadership seminars at NCSU & WSU, designed global leadership programs, coached leaders at startups, and academia including MIT, and Fortune 500 companies. My doctoral dissertation was studying the cross-section of culture and education in undergraduate students. It was an ethnography, so I've always been interred in human behavior. My business experience is extensive: a Math & Reading Center for K-12; nuLimina, offering single-gender classes for women & girls; Alyce, a tech startup that was a mentoring marketplace for women and accepted into Impact Hub Workforce Development Accelerator and Y-Combinator Online Cohort '18, and established Women Leaders Rising, a cohort based leadership program for corporate women.
