My coaching foundation is based on current leadership theory with an integrated approach in transformational leadership, awareness intelligence, and positive psychology to help clients bring their whole-self to thrive and build a future-focused organization.

Coaching is for anyone who has ever wondered how far they could go!

As a certified Leadership Coach, certified Maxwell DISC Leadership, Communication and Sales style coach, and certified Somatic EMDR (trauma-informed) practitioner, my focus is to assist clients in understanding their inherent styles, patterns they revert to in times of stress, their strengths and growth-gaps. My goal is to help them move easily from their blind-spots to their brave-zones, build strong relationships and teams, and be a leader worthy of following.

1:1 Executive, Leadership and Onboarding Coaching

In addition to defined coaching programs, custom coaching retainer packages are designed for clients with a range of interests and scheduling preferences to sustain a hectic and high-growth lifestyle. Retainer packages are only available for previous executive clients.

WHO'S IT FOR:

Leaders at strategic decision making levels, executive roles, leaders and founders navigating growth, change, or complexity, newly hired or promoted leaders in their first 6-9 months.

INCLUDES:

> Typically 2 sessions per month with implementation time in-between, for

a 6 - 12 month engagement (during change-seasons, 3 month intensives can be discussed).

> Maxwell DISC assessment, report, and debrief.

> Strategic support between sessions the leader never has to navigate high stake moments alone.

> Optional manager/team alignment meetings, stakeholder interviews. DISC assessment for direct reports to enhance communication.


> Tools, resources, and frameworks tailored to the individual goals, including stress-decreasing and whole-self alignment techniques.

> Newly hired/promoted leaders have their coaching aligned to the boarding goals and business priorities, and building a strong foundation with their teams.

Group & Team Coaching

Group Coaching has the benefit of resourced learning and meaning-making, integrating it with expanding self-awareness and shared purpose - an important aspect of Andragogy, the principles of adult learning. We have two types of Group Coaching programs: MasterMind (MM) and MasterShift (MS).

WHO'S IT FOR:

Executive teams, functional leaders, specialized groups, or cross-functional groups ready to learn, share, and level up together.

INCLUDES:

MasterMind (MM): Facilitated leadership development discussions and self-reflection exercises based on pivotal leadership books and research (Maxwell, and others).

> 8 weeks in length
> Online only (can incorporate a remote workforce and is flexible)

MasterShift (MS): Group coaching for the team, including a problem-solving discussion and moving from blind-spots to brave-zones in a safe space. These are typically part of a larger, curated leadership development program.

> Typically 1 - 2 sessions per month for the duration of the program

> MasterShift sessions are online, although the leadership program itself can be combination of online and in-person.

> Optional: Maxwell DISC assessment, report and debrief


> Tools, resources, and frameworks tailored to the group goals, including stress-decreasing and whole-self alignment techniques.

1:1 Laser Coaching

Maxwell DISC has many types of reports: Communication, Sales, Sales Manager, Entrepreneur. You can choose the report type you want.

WHO'S IT FOR:

If you want to take the Maxwell DISC assessment to understand what your base communication style is, but don't want an extensive coaching program then this is for you.

INCLUDES:

> Maxwell DISC assessment and report (report length varies based on chosen type)

> Report Types: Communication, Sales, Sales Manager, Entrepreneur, Leadership, Benchmarking

> One 60 min debrief session

> Two follow-up 60 min coaching sessions to solidify understanding of personal style, strengths, and gaps,. Create a personal development plan and start implementation of the PD plan.
