DISC Leadership Group Training

Maxwell DISC has many types of reports: Communication, Sales, Sales Manager, Entrepreneur. You can choose the report type you want.

DISC Leadership group training is great for Teams to build cohesiveness. It's good for cross-functional teams working on big projects to enhance collaboration. Also, good for Manager and direct-reports, to build strong communication.

Intrapraneurship: Activating The Invention Mindset

FOCUS AREA:

But not everyone has to go off and create a company. These skills are as essential within a company as they are outside.

Participants learn the process of ideation and mapping like an entrepreneur as they work on an 'innovation' project for the department they work in.
